Ball-Chatham’s Glenwood High School To Start The Year Remotely

After an emergency meeting on Saturday, the Ball-Chatham School Board voted 5-2 to start the school year remotely for the high school only. The middle, intermediate and elementary schools will still begin their year with the blended/hybrid model.

According to the districts official Facebook Page:

“By a 5-2 vote (five yes/one no/one abstained), the motion of whether to start the school year all-virtual for Glenwood High School is approved. The current model of our Return to Learn plan (1/2 day in-person and 1/2 day virtual, and all virtual) for K-8 will continue as planned. Look for further details from your school administrators and our teachers in the coming days specific to all plans.”
