CWLP Offering New Plan To Help With Paying Bills

Since customers' City Water Light & Power bills can fluctuate significantly with the seasons, CWLP is offering Level Payment Plan bill-paying.

The utility will calculate bills on the average electric, water, and sewer usage over the past 12 months. This will result in a consistent amount owed each month, making it easier for customers to budget for it.

Customers on the Level Payment Plan can also take advantage of CWLP's Automatic Bank Account Withdrawal payment method. This would allow payments to be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account each month to ensure bills are paid on time and avoiding the risk of late fees.
