Is that REALLY a Constitutional Right at Costco?

People certainly have very strong opinions about whether or not they should need or have to wear a mask when they are out in public to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.

From TikTok subscriber Keeping.Up.With.Kris comes a video of women who most definitely DOES NOT want to wear her mask in her local Costco. First, she defiantly claims she WILL NOT put on a mask when asked to do so by an employee. Then she plants her bottom on the floor and claims she has Constitutional Rights.

Of course, she does have Constitutional Rights- we all do. We have freedom of speech and religion and the right to gather peacefully. We have the right to vote and bear arms — all sorts of wonderful rights. BUT nowhere (and I mean nowhere) did the founding fathers write anything about your right to not wear a mask in a private establishment in the middle of a pandemic.

Maybe while she is at Costco, she can purchase a Pocket Constitution and look it up.
