More Child Pornography Charges For Beardstown Man

22-year-old Dalton Gallaher has had four new charges of child pornography filed against him since his arrest July 7, This brings the total number of charges to eight- all dealing with possession and dissemination of child pornography.

Two of the new charges are Class X Felonies as they involve a child under the age of 13.

In addition to the child pornography charges, the Beardstown man is also facing one charge of sexual contact with an animal, reportedly a dog.

Gallaher is next due in Cass County court in Virginia on Monday and could face up to 30 years in in prison. He is currently being held at the Schuyler County Jail in Rushville.
