So off to Johnson City, Tennessee we go- home of 37-year-old Travis Dulaney. Police there received a domestic disturbance call. That's when they encountered an inebriated Dulaney pushing a stroller with a three-month-old child inside.

Trying to be nice, the cops called Dulaney a cab to take him and the child safely on their way. Dulaney didn’t want to get into the cab- not at all. He ended up fighting with the police over it, leaving them no choice but to place him under arrest.

That’s when Dulaney decided to try and STEAL the cab- not the best idea when there are a bunch of police officers standing around.

Dulaney was taken into custody and briefly taken to a local hospital where he was cleared to be taken on to jail. He is facing charges of felony child endangerment, felony attempted motor vehicle theft, public intoxication, and resisting arrest.
