Sangamon County Reports 44 New Cases of COVID-19

While the number of hospitalizations from the coronavirus is coming down, the number of cases reported each day seems to be going back up.

The Sangamon County Department of Public Health reported 44 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 on Monday, bringing the countywide total to 2,262. 7 people remained hospitalized with 390 in isolation. The death toll remains at 45.
