The City Of Springfield Launches Its Rent Relief Program

The City of Springfield I coordination with the Springfield Urban League have launched their rental assistance program to aid residents in paying past due rent.

The program has a total of $400,000 to disburse on a first-come, first-served bases. To qualify for the grant assistance program, the following conditions must be met:

• The property address must be in the corporate limits of the City of Springfield.

• Your household income is within the allowable limits.

• Applicant must provide documentation showing a loss of income due to COVID-19.
