This is NOT how you resolve a boundary dispute

It really is an old story. Someone builds a structure that goes over their property line and onto the neighbors. Such was the case at the home located in Dover-Foxcroft Maine.

And for decades, everything was fine. Then everything started to change when the neighbor passed away and new owners came onto the scene... and the bickering about the property line started. The battle of Brawn vs Ritter had begun.

A surveyor...two in fact... determined that the property line ran right through the middle of the Ritter's garage. Half of the garage was indeed on Brawn property

Cue more bickering and childish behavior on the part of the Ritter family. That was when Gabriel Brawn, a construction worker, took his Sawzall and cut away the part of the Ritter garage that was on his property... and installed a fence.... and cameras.

It would appear that, for now the issue is resolved...maybe...hopefully.
