Woman Caught Chewing On Miniature Horse’s Mane. Not Surprisingly, She Was Stoned.

Today’s contestant is 47-year-old Cynthia Teeple in LaFollette, Tennessee.

Police had received a call about a topless woman chewing on the mane of a miniature horse. Sure enough, when police arrived, Cynthia was chomping away because, according to her, “The horse’s hair is made of Laffy Taffy and Airheads.”

Turns out, Cynthia had taken meth earlier in the day and had been chewing on grass and dirt before discovering the confectionery delight of the miniature horse’s mane.

She was arrested for public intoxication.
